Requirements for Cabin Crew Position
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduation from any HEC-recognized institute.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under stress and in different time zones.
Age Limit
For Fresh Candidates: Up to 25 years (including all age relaxations) as of the last date of application submission.
For Experienced Candidates: Up to 30 years (including all age relaxations), provided they hold a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Appearance & Physical Requirements
Good appearance: Elegant, smart, and well-groomed.
Height Requirement:
Flight Steward: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches.
Air Hostess: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches.
Weight: Proportionate to height as per BMI standards.
Marital Status
Only unmarried female candidates are eligible to apply.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Urdu.
Knowledge of any additional foreign/regional language will be considered an added advantage.
Health Requirements
Perfect eyesight is required (contact lens users may also apply).
Candidates with spectacles and skin problems are discouraged from applying.

Contract Terms
2 years (extendable) based on performance and company requirements.
Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates will take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency.
Test results will be displayed on the candidate’s screen immediately after completion.
Candidates securing 70% or more in the CBT will proceed to a grooming assessment and interview.
Selected candidates will undergo a thorough medical examination as per PIA policy.
Provincial/regional quotas and applicable regulations will be followed.
