PNSC INTERNSHIP/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The national flag carrier of Pakistan, trading under the name of Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) is a listed company since 1980. PNSC is an autonomous corporation, which functions under the overall control of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan. It manages a fleet of oil tankers and bulk carriers, real estate and a marine repair workshop. In line with the Company's corporate strategy and human capital planning, PNSC requires high caliber and result oriented individuals for placement in various divisions of PNSC as interns who meet the following criteria:

INTERNSHIP/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

1. BBA  / MBA
2. B. E (Mechanical / Electrical)
3. Bachelor/ Masters in Mass Communication / Media Sciences
4. BSc / MSc (IT)
5. CA (CAF Passed) , ACCA Qualified / Finalist
6. Graduation in Insurance or Risk Management or Actuarial Sciences or Accounting & Finance

The Candidate should be:

• Bachelors / Masters qualified from HEC recognized institutes only.
• At least 75% marks or 3.0/4.0 CGPA
• Maximum Age 25 years

• PNSC provides steady career growth opportunities purely based on performance. Initially, the selected candidates will serve as INTERNEE for a period of one year. High performing candidates will be offered a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE position for the next one year. The high performers may be offered employment on entry level contractual positions in PNSC.
