Job Description

Relationship Manager Islamic role is an opportunity for Shariah Scholars / Madaris Graduates to explore careers in Islamic Branch Banking across Pakistan.

  •  The incumbent will be responsible to manage, develop and build assigned Islamic liability portfolio with a view to deliver the highest level of customer services, it includes deepening of existing relationships and capitalizing on cross sell opportunities in order to achieve assigned sales targets.
  •  Achieve the assigned Islamic liability targets and Increase sales of products through deepening and cross sell such as takaful, consumer products, SME, Agri (where applicable) and alternate distribution products as assigned by the management from time to time.
  •  Maintain good relationships with existing customers and deepen existing relationships through regular customer contacts
  •  Provide services to bank customers including walk-in customers as per defined service standards.
  •  Work closely with Branch Manager in order to maximize profitability.
  •  Comply with Policy, Procedures and regulatory requirements with regards to Account Opening / Account Closing.
  •  Monitor transaction volumes in customer accounts and ensure 100% accuracy on updating risk classification in accordance with the KYC parameters
  •  Constantly review internal and prudential KYC and AML requirements with a view to remain updated on any revisions.
  •  Manage the branch floor, and ensure customers are being serviced in a timely and orderly manner.
  •  Maintain the desired Islamic Banking knowledge through assigned Product Trainings and ensure to attend related Islamic Trainings & Seminars arranged by L&D or Islamic Banking teams

Eligibility Criteria

  •  Shahadat ul Alia qualification with any graduate degree e.g. BA/B.Com OR
  •  Shahadat ul Almia qualification with HEC equivalence for Masters
  •  Fresh graduate or experienced candidate of any industry
  •  Strong knowledge of Islamic Banking concepts with some background in sales
  •  Proficient in working English
  •  Ambitious to learn and make a career in Islamic Banking
  •  Good at identifying potential customers and building professional relationships
  •  Customer service attitude
  •  Good communication skills
