Call Center Officer’s Batch

Inbound Officer :

Answer inbound calls, assist and resolve customer queries, initiate transactions & promote digital channels.

Out Bound Officer :

Assess customer needs, educate and sell product & services.

Qualification:

Graduates having minimum 14 years’ education from HEC recognized universities.

Age requirement:

• Age below 30 years at the time of hiring will be eligible.

Experience:

• Fresh Candidates
• Candidates with up to 1 year of work experience
